World Affairs Now - From San Francisco (Spring 2007)

The 2007 lecture series will be kicked off by a welcome from Chikaosa Tanimoto, the SF Center's incoming executive director. He will explore his long-term involvement in an international effort to perserving the World Heritage site at Dunhuang, a historic junction of the northern and southern Silk Roads. Several lecturers from previous semesters will also give presentations on new topics throughout the spring to Japanese students from a diverse mix of degree programs.
